Planning your eats at Epcot can feel a little overwhelming—so many countries, so many options! We like to break it down by priorities and make sure we hit our must-eat spots. Here’s our current game plan for a day at Epcot.

Breakfast in France: Les Halles Boulangerie-Pâtisserie

Start your day in the France pavilion with a little breakfast magic. Les Halles is our go-to for morning treats—think flaky quiche, buttery croissants, and eclairs that might just make you question your life choices (in the best way).

  • Category: Quick Service / Bakery

  • Cost: $

  • Reservation: Not needed

  • Mobile Ordering: Available

  • Famous For: Quiche, Eclairs

A light breakfast here sets you up perfectly for a day of exploring and maybe grabbing a few rides before the crowds build.

Festival-Style Lunch & Afternoon Snacks

We like to leave lunch open and flexible because Epcot’s festivals are basically a food lover’s paradise. Specialty bites, unique drinks, and mini-desserts scattered across the World Showcase make for a fun snack-style lunch. This way, everything before dinner is more like grazing than a heavy meal—perfect for trying a little bit of everything without feeling stuffed.

  • Pro Tip: Grab small plates and share! It’s a great way to sample festival flavors while keeping room for dinner.

Afternoon Sweet Spot: L’Artisan des Glaces

After a few rides or a leisurely stroll through World Showcase, it’s time for a little sugar break. L’Artisan des Glaces, also in France, is our pick for an afternoon snack. Ice cream sandwiches and fruity sorbets make the perfect pit stop. Bonus: It’s right on the way if you’re wandering toward the next pavilion.

  • Category: Snack / Kiosk

  • Cost: $

  • Reservation: Not needed

  • Mobile Ordering: Not available

  • Famous For: Ice Cream Sandwiches, Sorbet

This is one of those “take a minute, sit, and enjoy the moment” stops. Ice cream tastes better with a little Epcot ambiance, trust me.

Dinner: Hibachi Heaven at Teppan Edo

Nothing caps off a Disney day like a fun dinner, and for us, that’s Teppan Edo in Japan. Hibachi steak, tempura, and all the theatrical cooking you can handle—this is a must-do every visit. Reservations are definitely recommended, because this place fills up fast.

  • Category: Table Service

  • Cost: $$$

  • Reservation: Yes

  • Mobile Ordering: No

  • Famous For: Hibachi Steak, Tempura

We love to make this our dinner spot to celebrate surviving the day (and maybe treat ourselves for all the walking we just did).

Our Epcot Dining Flow

  1. Morning: Les Halles for breakfast pastries or quiche

  2. Afternoon: L’Artisan des Glaces for ice cream or sorbet

  3. Dinner: Teppan Edo for hibachi and tempura

With this lineup, you hit all the highlights: breakfast fuel, afternoon treats, and a dinner show that’s as fun as it is delicious.
