Next up in my Disney planning deep dive: Hollywood Studios—the park where thrill rides meet toddler chaos (with a touch of Star Wars magic). This one’s going to be busy, so I’m heading in with a solid plan, strong coffee, and one non-negotiable: Tower of Terror is happening. Period.

Must-Do: Star Wars & Toy Story

  • Galaxy’s Edge – We’re not full-on Jedi, but this is a must-see. Hoping for Smugglers Run, but even if we’re just sipping blue milk and avoiding stormtroopers, I’ll be happy.

  • Toy Story Land – This one’s all about the toddler. The bright visuals, oversized toys, and Alien Swirling Saucers (if he’s tall enough!) are top priority. Either way, Toy Story Mania! is a win for everyone.

Non-Negotiable: Tower of Terror

Let’s be clear—I will be riding Tower of Terror. It’s spooky, iconic, and one of my all-time faves. Whatever the day brings, this one is locked in.

New Show Alert: Villains Incoming?

There’s a new villain-themed show I’m really excited to check out. I don’t have all the details yet, but if it’s dramatic and over-the-top? Count me in.

Toddler Reality Check

We’re still unsure if my toddler will hit the height cutoffs, but I’m keeping things flexible:

  • Try Toy Story Mania! and maybe Alien Swirling Saucers

  • Focus on live shows and fun character moments

  • Let him take in the sights (and snacks) even if he skips rides
