How My Baby Survived a Mandrake Scream at the Harry Potter Exhibit — Thanks to My TushBaby Snug Attachment

If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you know how immersive the exhibits can be — full of surprises, sounds, and sometimes, screams you weren’t exactly prepared for. Like the infamous Mandrake scream.
So there I was, excited to explore every corner of the exhibit, when I got up close to the Mandrake plant and heard that iconic, ear-piercing scream. Normally, that kind of noise might jolt a little one awake — but not my 9-month-old (at the time), safely nestled in my TushBaby Snug attachment.
In fact, my video says it all:
“Mandrake ekkk” — that scream that could make grown adults jump.
“Baby in TushBaby Snug attachment” — peacefully asleep, totally unfazed.
“Even they couldn’t wake him” — not even the Mandrake.
This little moment made naptime a breeze while I indulged my inner Potterhead. I could walk around, enjoy the magic, and truly take it all in without worrying about waking my sleeping baby. The snug fit kept him cozy, secure, and most importantly, asleep. I prefer on trips to not be chained to the hotel room for naps because I don't want to miss out on precious time.
If you’re a parent visiting noisy, busy places and want to keep your baby calm and comfy, I can’t recommend the TushBaby Snug enough. It was a game-changer for me that day — and made the whole exhibit experience so much more enjoyable.
