Magic Kingdom Day 2: Slower Pace, Big Magic Moments

Magic Kingdom Day 2 is all about slowing down a bit while still soaking in the magic. Our toddler will have a snack during wake-up time before we head out — we’ll take the monorail or boat from the Transportation Center to keep the fun going from the start.
Character Breakfast at The Crystal Palace
We’re giving ourselves about an hour and a half for our character breakfast at The Crystal Palace, because this one’s extra special. Meeting Winnie the Pooh and friends is such a sweet way to start the day, and it gives everyone a chance to relax before the next big moment.
A Magical First Haircut
After breakfast, we’ve built in a little buffer before what I am most excited for — our toddler’s first haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop! I’ve been looking forward to this reservation since we started planning, and I can’t wait for the keepsake moments (and probably a few happy tears).
Lunch & Afternoon Adventures
Lunch will come from our priority food list, choosing something we didn’t get to on Day 1. My husband gets full creative control here since he’s the foodie of the family!
In the afternoon, we plan to grab Individual Lightning Lanes for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and TRON, depending on how the day unfolds. During this time, our toddler will have some downtime or a stroller nap, giving everyone a small recharge before the evening fun.
Evening Eats & Magic Moments
Dinner will likely be another quick service or a mix of kiosk bites from what’s left on our must-try list. We’ll fit in a few last-minute rides and then decide whether to stay for fireworks or head back to the hotel for bedtime.
Because honestly — the best part of Disney with a toddler is letting the day unfold naturally, whether that means fireworks over Main Street or stroller snuggles on the way back to the room.
