Organize Your Fanfiction Obsession with My Digital Fanfic Tracker

If you’re like me, you’ve got a growing list of fanfics you’ve read, want to read, or bookmarked for someday. Between AO3, Wattpad, Tumblr recs, and Discord shares, it’s easy to lose track of titles, authors, word counts, and which pairing goes with which story. That’s exactly why I created my Fanfiction Tracker—a digital tool to keep everything organized in one place.

What’s Included

This tracker is set up in Google Sheets for instant download and easy customization. Here’s how it works:

  • Track the basics: Title, Author, Pairing, Word Count, Chapters, Tags, Rating, Status, and a direct Link.

  • Editable drop-downs: Ratings and Status are pre-filled (but you can change them if you like). Pairings and Tags are set up as multi-select menus so you can personalize them for your fandoms.

  • Super Reader mode: If you read a lot, the tracker is broken down into tabs by word count (short fics, medium reads, epic novels). Just add your fic to the correct tab—even I like to track my one-shots, no matter how short.

  • Summary Dashboard: The front page pulls everything together—showing your read vs. unread fics, what percentage of each word-count category you’ve finished, and a breakdown of your ratings. It’s like a reading stats board, but for fanfiction!

Flexible for More Than Just Fanfiction

Not a fanfic reader but love books? No problem. You can easily modify the tracker by renaming the tabs to section off your physical or digital reads instead.

Etsy Extras

You’ll find example screenshots in my Etsy listing that show how the tracker works in action—so you can see the setup before you even download. And if you like this item, keep an eye on my Etsy shop for upcoming sales and discounts.

Making It Yours

This is a handmade digital product I created myself, designed with fandom readers in mind. I know how chaotic it can be to keep track of everything, and I wanted something easy to use but flexible enough to grow with your reading habits.

If you’re a fic reader who loves organization (or just wants a better way to remember what you’ve read), this tracker is a game-changer.
