Our EPCOT Day Plan (Rides, Bites & A Little Disney Magic)

Everyone knows EPCOT is the park for foodies — and this is the one day I’m absolutely planning around the snacks. We’ll give our toddler a little something to munch on while we’re getting ready, then head out for the day.

We’ll most likely take the boat over to EPCOT, but we also have the option to walk, which I love. Having flexibility makes mornings so much smoother when you have a toddler in tow.

Morning Plans

Our big goal is to rope drop Frozen Ever After — we missed it on our last trip, so it’s a total must-do this time around. After that, we’re heading straight to Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France pavilion for breakfast. This is one my husband has been looking forward to for years, and I can’t wait to make it a special morning moment.

After breakfast, we’ll take things slow with The Seas with Nemo & Friends and spend some time exploring SeaBase. It’s such a fun and low-key area for our toddler, and it gives everyone a breather before the rest of the day’s adventures.

Midday Food & Fun

Instead of setting one specific lunch plan, we’re grazing our way through the park. My husband is a big foodie, so this day is all about tasting and snacking. We’ll grab small bites and treats as we go, and I definitely want to stop by L’Artisan des Glaces after lunchtime — it’s non-negotiable for me!

Afternoon Plans

Once we’ve eaten (and probably eaten again), the plan is to focus on a few big rides: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Test Track. While we take turns riding, our toddler will hopefully enjoy some playtime around the park or maybe even a stroller nap — a mom can dream, right?

Dinner & Evening

I’m so excited for our dinner reservation at Teppan Edo. I love hibachi, and this one feels extra special since we’ve had it on our Disney dining list for a while. Whether we stay for the nighttime show will depend on how our toddler is doing by then. Last time, we actually got to see the fireworks from our hotel room window, so if that works out again, I won’t complain.

Final Thoughts

EPCOT days are all about great food, easy pacing, and fun memories — and this plan hits all of that perfectly. Whether we’re exploring World Showcase or relaxing after dinner, I know this will be one of our most magical days of the trip.
