The Sweetest Etsy Finds for My Baby Shower

When my mom and I started planning my baby shower, she didn’t give me much input — in the best way possible. She told me to dream it up however I wanted (as long as it stayed within reason), and she’d help make it happen. I loved that she wanted the day to feel like me. Knowing I was “one and done,” I wanted to make the most of every choice — from the games to the favors — because this was my one shot at creating something truly special.

For favors, I wanted something simple but meaningful (and sweet — literally). I’ve always loved Hershey’s Kisses and Hugs, so we did small baggies of them for each guest. To tie everything together, I found the cutest custom favor tags on Etsy that added just the right touch of charm. It was simple, budget-friendly, and so me.

This game was such a hit! I ordered a “Guess Mama’s Baby Bump Size” printable from Etsy — it even came with a separate measuring card so guests could make their guesses. I put one at every seat, and it ended up being so much fun.Tip I wish I knew beforehand: measure your bump before the shower so no one can watch you do it! We gave a gift card to the person who guessed the closest, and it had everyone laughing and getting competitive right from the start.

I had so much fun with this one! I found a Baby Bingo digital download on Etsy that I could completely customize — I added baby-related items and personal touches that felt unique to me. It became a fun way for everyone to learn little things about me while playing along.I may have made it a bit challenging because we played full board bingo instead of the traditional five-in-a-row (whoops!). We ended up with two winners, and it was such a fun moment to wrap up the game.

The last game we played was Newborn Predictions, and honestly, it turned out to be one of my favorites. I spent a lot of time scrolling through Etsy to find the perfect one — clean, simple, and easy to print. This design included everything: month, day, baby’s predicted name, time, weight, and length. It was an instant download, so I got it printed locally and it looked beautiful on the tables. I loved seeing everyone’s guesses, especially the names! After baby arrived, I sent a gift card to the person whose prediction came closest, and it was such a fun little way to reconnect postpartum.

Etsy truly made planning my baby shower so much easier — but more than that, it helped me create something that felt personal. Every tag, game, and printable had that handmade, thoughtful touch that made the day even more special.

If you’re planning your baby shower (especially if you’re a “one and done” mama like me), definitely check Etsy first. It’s full of creative, customizable finds that make your celebration feel truly one of a kind. 💕
