Our Must-Have Disney Reservation: First Haircut at Harmony Barber Shop

Disney World is full of magical experiences, but some moments are extra special for our family. One reservation we’re beyond excited about? Our toddler’s first haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street, U.S.A.!

This charming, old-fashioned spot is perfect for making memories. Look for the classic striped barber pole as you enter the park—the shop is just to the left when you walk through the main gates. Guests of all ages can get a haircut here, and it comes with a few Disney surprises.

What’s Offered:

• Child’s Haircut (9 & under): Haircut, simple styling with spray

• My First Haircut Package: Haircut, commemorative Mickey ears hat, keepsake lock of hair, and an official milestone certificate

• Adult Haircut: Haircut and simple styling with spray

• Beard Trim: Get cleaned up and dapper!

A few things to know before you go:

• Advance reservations are recommended—walk-ins are limited

• No shampoo provided, so arrive with clean, dry hair

• Gratuity is cash only and not included

• Stylists are state-licensed cosmetologists

• Valid park admission required

So, why is this so important to us? Our toddler has the most beautiful golden curls, and we wanted his first haircut to be truly memorable. Knowing his hair won’t be long enough to get in his eyes anytime soon made Disney the perfect spot for this milestone.
