September has arrived, and with it comes the realization that this first week is going to be intense. Between trying to squeeze the last bits of summer in and preparing for the new month, I can already tell my To Go Buddy for my coffee will be my best friend.
Labor Day Weekend Hangover
After a long weekend, Monday might feel like a day off—but for me, it’s anything but restful. Between toddler bedtime routines and my husband juggling his side job, I can already imagine bedtime being messy, chaotic, and slightly exhausting. Coffee? Absolutely essential.
A Packed Week Ahead
Tuesday is shaping up to be a beast. After a long weekend, I have three medical appointments on the schedule, plus work and toddler routines to manage. Just thinking about the day makes me reach for that extra cup of caffeine.
Transitioning Into Fall
There’s also the mental load of fall transitions. A new month means fresh schedules, cooler mornings, and starting to mentally prepare for the busy months ahead. I need coffee to help me feel like I can actually handle it all without losing my mind—or my patience.
Coffee: My Survival Tool
From powering through toddler chaos to juggling appointments and work, this week will test my energy reserves. Coffee isn’t just a pick-me-up—it’s a lifeline, and I’m already relying on it heavily.
Here’s to caffeine, perseverance, and tackling the first week of September head-on. May your coffee be strong and your to-do list manageable.
